Very hard to register with this app. It's OCR system has the hardest time reading the card details. And even on the rare chance that it did, it failed to register in the end stating that the app is unable to register at the moment. EDIT: I did create a support ticket and yes the registration error did get fixed. But the issue with OCR still persists. It's inconsistent. Genuinely an alternative to OCR would be ideal. Increasing rating to 3, would review again after using the app for a while.

It is not allowing me to scan my documents. I tried almost 15-20 times to scan but the app shuts down by itself. Please fix the glitch as I want to travel next week. We tried from my wife's iPhone as well, she got through but the 50% voucher code is not visible. Very inconvenient in terms of user experience and operating the app

Absolute Rubbish. Seems to serve no real purpose other than to gather data and advertise the services of monopolistic corporations here to new Canadians. After asking my location, the app served up a whole series of sugesstions for me, all of them based on the opposite side of the country, as if my location meant nothing, or as though Ontario is the centre of the universe. Uninstalled.

Canoo now has an improved registration process. We fall back to a manual account creation process if automatic scanning fails.
We've also added the ability to check-in to some select venues when the app loses connection to the internet or has trouble accessing the internet. This will help you with a seamless Canoo entry at remote parks this summer!
